We are not in the wellness business.
The instrument lies. Wellness is not a number. It is the texture of an evening, the weight of a morning, what you actually keep when the day is done.
For ten years the industry promised that more data would yield more health. We are tired. The wearables collect everything. The apps gamify everything. The platforms compare us to strangers we don't know and didn't ask to compete with. The result: a generation more anxious about their wellbeing than their parents were without any of this.
We think it is time for fewer numbers and better questions.
We think a person should be able to ask "what gave today its weight?" in the evening, and have a tool that listens, instead of a tool that scores them.
We think the most important wellness product of the next decade will be the one that opts out of the optimization arms race.
We collect the minimum. We surface only what helps you reflect. We will not sell, train on, or share your data. Not because we are unusually virtuous, but because we have built a company that does not need to.
We will not gamify your inner life. There are no leaderboards. There are no points. There are no "wellness achievements" to unlock. Streaks exist as a quiet receipt. They are never the goal, and we will design against the temptation to make them so.
We will employ coaches and therapists who are paid like professionals, not gig workers. They will read what you write only if you invite them, and only the parts you invite them to read.
For organizations: we will give your HR team aggregate signal, never individual surveillance. The math forbids it. The contract forbids it. The architecture forbids it. If you want a tool that lets you see who is struggling, we are the wrong vendor.
For people: we will let you leave at any moment. One click starts a 30-day erasure. Your data, your reflections, your audit log: gone, and provably so. We will send you the hash. We will not ask you to fill out a survey on the way out.
This is the company. This is the contract. We will live by it, or we will deserve to fail.
