How it works

This app provides multiple ways to evaluate yourself and gain vital insights.

  1. Answer a few questions

Each one is answered on a scale from 0 to 5. There is no right answer, and you do not need to sign up first.

  2. See your picture

Your mind, body, energy and habits, in one clear view.

  3. Track it over time

Each of the five has a plant in your garden, grown to its own score. When a score rises, its plant grows.

The garden

Five forms of life.

Your wellness isn't one kind of growth. Five plants, each growing in its own way, for the five parts of you that grow differently. The same five the app grows.

Low and grey-green. It keeps its scent long after cutting.

A week of blossom, held up by the whole quiet year.

It follows the light across the day, then stands still.

What we believe

Three principles, no exceptions.

Your data is yours.

We collect the minimum, show it only to you and the people you choose, and never sell it. Ghost Mode is on by default.

Reflection over optimisation.

A mirror to notice by, never a grade. No leaderboards and no streak dread. The garden grows from what you did, and simply waits when you cannot.

You can leave any time.

One tap in Settings starts erasure. Fourteen days to change your mind, then everything is gone within 30 days.

Built on a book, not a trend.

More To Life is the app of More Life, Malcolm Bronte-Stewart's lifestyle-medicine book. Its question is the book's own: how are you? Its five parts, and the picture out of 500, come from the book's assessments, which draw on established scales such as WEMWBS, HADS and PANAS. The book is plain that these are indicators to notice by, not medical advice, and so is the app.

  • WEMWBS
  • HADS
  • PANAS

Things people ask first

Is there a free version?

Not a free version, a free start. Your first seven days are free with no card. From day 8 you can add a card to finish the 14 days, or subscribe. Nothing is charged before day 15.

Do I need an account to take the assessment?

No. You see your picture first. An account is only needed if you want to keep it.

Is Sage a therapist?

No. Sage is an AI companion that only sees what you choose to share. It offers support, never a verdict, and it points you to real help if you ever need it.

Where does this come from?

From More Life, a book by Malcolm Bronte-Stewart on lifestyle medicine: what people can notice and change for themselves across mind, body, exercise, nutrition and habits. The app follows its assessments and its five parts. It is a mirror to notice by, not a diagnosis.

Who can see my answers?

You. Sharing is off by default, which we call Ghost Mode. Nothing about you is shown to anyone unless you turn it on, and even then never with your name.

Can I delete everything?

Yes, from Settings, at any time. You get 14 days to change your mind, and then everything is gone within 30 days.
